1. Browse the collections and select the scenes you like.
2. Upload a photo of your product. A phone photo is fine.
3. Your product is placed in each scene, with matching light, shadows and reflections. Each image is ready in a few minutes, in Your images.
4. Download it, or ask our retouchers for post-production.
The Tutorial button at the top of the site walks you through it with an example.
A sharp, well-lit photo, taken from an angle close to the product’s angle in the scene.
JPEG, PNG, TIFF and HEIC files are accepted.
A packshot shows your product on its own, usually on a plain white or neutral background. Still Life starts from a simple photo of your product, which can be a packshot, and places it into an art-directed scene, with that scene’s light, shadows and reflections.
Usually 2 to 4 minutes. You can leave the page while it’s being made: it keeps going, and the image arrives in Your images.
Open it from Your images to see it full screen, click to zoom in, and download it in full resolution.
From the same menu you can redo the integration, get other formats (16:9, 9:16, 4:5 or 1:1), request post-production or a manual integration, or ask for a refund.
Integration is automated with AI, and it can struggle with some products and scenes: fine text on labels, transparent glass, complex shapes. We’d rather be upfront about it, and we’ve built several safety nets around it.
Every image comes with two more tries, on us: use Redo the integration.
Still not right after three tries? Request a manual integration, free of charge: our retouchers place your product by hand, usually within 24 hours, and the new version appears in Your images next to the original.
If they can’t get it right either, we refund you.
Only a small detail isn’t right? Request a fix instead: our retouchers correct it by hand, also free.
Generations that fail to produce an image are refunded automatically.
For anything else, you can request a refund from the image’s menu. Our team reviews every request and decides whether a refund applies: as results vary, credits spent on an image are normally used.
Automated reframing can sometimes shift the colours slightly or add a small unwanted detail. Open the format in Your images and request a fix: our retouchers correct it by hand, for free.
Once your product is integrated, you may want to take the image further: adjust the colours, add texture or grain, refine a detail. Request post-production from the image’s menu, describe what you’d like, and our retouchers rework it by hand.
Post-production and manual integrations are done before other formats: once an image has been adapted to other formats, it can no longer be retouched.
Each collection is designed for one or more types of product: perfume, skincare, jewellery, candles, spirits and drinks, watches and clothing. The products a collection suits are shown with it.
If yours isn’t listed, try a scene made for a product close to it in size and shape, or ask us for a Custom Campaign made around it.
Yes, new collections will be released over time, and we even hope to collaborate with AI artists and art directors on some of them.
Yes: scenes are shared, which is what keeps them affordable.
If you’d rather nobody else uses a scene after you, use “Reserve this scene” on one of your images (2250 credits, about €56). Once we’ve confirmed it, the scene is no longer available to anyone else, and you keep using it as much as you like. Brands that used it before you keep their images, though.
If exclusivity really matters to you, we recommend a Custom Campaign: we’d be delighted to create one around your product, just for you.
No image is used as a direct reference to create a scene. At most, we work from a moodboard (a pool of images) along with text prompts, or from text prompts alone. Prompts never mention existing brands or artists by name.
Our apologies. Write to us with a link to your work and the scene in question, and we’ll take it off the site.
Yes, for your brand and your products: on your website and online shop, social networks, newsletters and in advertising.
The scenes themselves stay ours: the images can’t be resold as stock, and the scenes can’t be reused without your product.
They’re stored privately and used only to create your images. We never use your photos or images to train AI models.
Both might come later. And if there’s a feature you’d like to see, send us a request: it helps us decide what to build next.
